These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Nouvel Cup reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incomplete payment information is suspected. We may cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud or if payment information is incomplete or incorrect.   1. Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Nouvel Cup offers a 1-year warranty for all products purchased from our website, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or damages caused by the customer.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The warranty applies only to products that are in new condition and have no visible signs of damage.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) and a detailed description of the issue.
  • In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will offer either replacement, or a refund, depending on the most suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or improper storage.

Lifetime Warranty
We also offer an optional Lifetime Warranty for customers who purchase it separately. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, but does not include damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To make a claim under the Lifetime Warranty, customers must provide their original order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please retain your order confirmation, as we do not store individual purchase records indefinitely.
