Shipping Policy

Nouvel Cup partners with major U.S. shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, allowing us to ship directly to your door. We offer a flat shipping rate of €4.95 within the United States, and shipping is free on orders over $84,98.

  • Responsibility for Fees: Any state or local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Nouvel Cup has no control over these charges.

Shipping Process

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days and transported to our carrier's sorting facility. Please note that processing times may be extended during holiday periods or peak seasons. If your order includes popular items with limited stock availability, processing could take up to 10 business days.

Once processing begins, changes to your order, including address changes, cannot be made. We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Multiple Items: For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to varying supplier locations.

Tracking

All orders are assigned tracking numbers. It may take several days for tracking information to update in the system. If more than 5 business days have passed without tracking information, please contact us at support@nouvelcup.com.

Deliveries and Delays

Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Nouvel Cup will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, severe weather, labor disputes, holidays, or other unforeseen events. These interruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Refused Shipments

For any state or local taxes and other fees that may apply, the recipient is fully responsible. If a shipment is refused and returned to Nouvel Cup, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please report this to the shipping carrier and file a claim. Nouvel Cup is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing support@nouvelcup.com. To expedite the process, provide:

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your tracking number
  • A copy of the delivery confirmation from the carrier

We rely on the timestamp and confirmation from the carrier to review all claims and may be unable to honor claims not reported within the 48-hour period.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
