If you’re not fully satisfied with your product, we’re here to help you with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, all subject to our clear guidelines. Nouvel Cup will accept, for return or exchange, items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Any sign of damage will compromise the Nouvel Cup guarantee.
- Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact support@nouvelcup.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We’ll be happy to assist you and guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Nouvel Cup cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information and is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are shipped without tracking or insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item, along with the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Typical processing time for refunds is between 2-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please be aware that there may be a processing time between financial institutions before a refund appears in your account (typically 2-3 business days). If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@nouvelcup.com so we can assist you further.
Non-Returnable Items
Several items are not eligible for return. These include:

Gifts
For gift returns, please follow the instructions above. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting support@nouvelcup.com. We will need the tracking and delivery timestamps to verify your claim. If damage is not reported within this 48-hour period, we may be unable to process your request.
Warranty
In addition to our 30-day return policy, Nouvel Cup offers a 1-year warranty for all products, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
We also offer an optional Lifetime Warranty for customers who purchase it separately. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use but does not include damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
🔹 Proof of Warranty:
To file a claim under either the 1-year warranty or the Lifetime Warranty, customers must provide their original order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please retain your order confirmation, as we do not store individual purchase records indefinitely.
